For everyone who uses Notate. The complete guide to Notate on iPhone and iPad: every screen, tool and setting. For short walk-throughs of everyday tasks, see the Learning Center.
Which storage locations and features you see, including Microsoft Office editing, redaction and the AI assistant, depends on the settings your IT administrator has chosen. If something in this guide isn't in your app, it may not be turned on for your organization.
On a Windows or Mac computer, use Notate Desktop. It runs in your browser and works the same way as the app described here.
Organizations that run Microsoft Exchange on their own servers (on premises) can still use Notate's Tasks, Calendar and Contacts. These features are deprecated and are not covered in this guide.
